In this post, let’s look at the way The Washington Post headlines articles and uses pick-and-choose sources to push a particular narrative.
Yesterday, President Trump’s younger brother, Robert, died. Trump issued a personal statement:
It is with heavy heart I share that my wonderful brother, Robert, peacefully passed away tonight,” Donald Trump said in a statement. “He was not just my brother, he was my best friend. He will be greatly missed, but we will meet again. His memory will live on in my heart forever. Robert, I love you. Rest in peace.
But, it didn’t take long for the Washington Post to turn the president’s loss into a Media Brainwashing opportunity. Read the headline, carefully…
“younger brother of President Trump…who filed lawsuit against niece…”
Was that even necessary? Is this an obituary? Or an opportunity to make our president look like a jerk. AGAIN?
It’s not that the headline is false. In June, Robert Trump did file a lawsuit on behalf of the Trump family that unsuccessfully sought to stop publication of a tell-all book by the president’s niece, Mary.
The problem is the MEDIA. The same media that sensationalized the Tell-All book about the president with zero fact-checking credibility. This is an attempt to control the feelings of the reader. Donald Trump is a monster to his very own niece (who by the way, is not the daughter of the brother that died).
Two Obituaries ~ Side by Side Comparison
Here is another example of how the media is misleading and biased. On the left is the Robert Trump article. It’s under “Obituaries”. On the left is a similar Obituary. Do you know who this is? According to Washington Post, this is an “austere religious scholar at the helm of an Islamic State”.
But, the truth is that Al-Baghdadi was the highest-ranking terrorist to be killed or captured since Osama bin Laden’s death in 2011. He headed the terrorist organization ISIS for the past five years. ISIS has become notorious for its brutal killings and beheadings.
Barack Obama’s Brother
The least the media can do is show some consistency. But, it does not.Let’s look at former president Barack Obama’s brother: Malik Obama.
Did the media ever tell you that Malik is not only a strong Trump supporter, but he has shared the following tidbits of rather critical information (via tweets, his book, and/or interviews).
Malik shared a copy of Barack’s original Birth Certificate issued in KENYA. (As you know an American president must be born in America.)
He eluded that Michelle Obama was really a “Michael”. Malik was Obama’s best man, at his wedding.
Malik also revealed that Obama became unkind, selfish, and distant from his Kenyan relatives, in his book. The book that was rarely mentioned on the media.
Lately, Obama’s brother is making not-so-subtle hints about the usage of ADRENOCHROME in May 2020. “No wonder they indulge in activities involving abominable substances like adrenochrome.”
Does Malik have any credibility in what he shares? At least we know he had a close relationship (better knowledge) of Obama.
Interestingly, one cannot easily find a photo of Donald Trump’s niece with the family. Yet, she is given the pass of credibility in her Tell-all book.
In summary, it’s almost impossible for the Free Thinking Warrior to ignore how the media sensationalizes ANY opportunity to control the feelings of viewers/readers towards Donald Trump. Why is the media’s behavior so different towards Obama. (And, in some cases human terrorists!)
